How we work

From first chat to live site. In five steps.

You know what comes next, what we need and how long it takes – before we start.

Five steps.

  1. Consultation

Free, in person in Budva or online. We’ll find out what you need.

Tell us the name of your business and what you need.

  2. Quote

You get a fixed price, scope and timeline – in writing.

The quote says what’s included, what isn’t and by when.

  3. Deposit and content

You send texts, photos and your logo; we get started.

You send content and access details within 14 days of kick-off.

  4. Build and revisions

You see a preview and send changes in agreed rounds.

One round is one consolidated list of changes.

  5. Go live

We put your website online, with a short walkthrough.

Your maintenance plan starts when the site goes live.

What we need from you.

The timeline starts on the day we receive complete content.1

  • Texts about your business and what you offer
  • Logo
  • Photos
  • Opening hours, address and contact details
  • Any access we need, e.g. to your domain or Google profile

Content deadlines2

  • You send content and access details within 14 days of kick-off.

  • If no content arrives for 30 days, the project is paused; after 60 days the next instalment falls due and we hand over the work completed to date.

No good photos? Where you have none of your own, we use free professional photos and footage cleared for commercial use. A photo shoot is not included.

No texts? Copywriting done for you is available as an add-on.

Terms in brief.

The full terms form part of the written quote and contract.

  • Payment

Deposit at the start, the rest before going live. Larger projects in three instalments, one on approval of the design or preview version. Payment due within 8 days.

  • Maintenance plans

Minimum 12 months, then cancellable monthly with 30 days’ notice. Payment annually in advance or monthly by standing order.

  • Content and deadlines

You send content and access details within 14 days of kick-off. If no content arrives for 30 days, the project is paused; after 60 days the next instalment falls due and we hand over the work completed to date.

  • Translation

Translation is included. We check Montenegrin, English and German ourselves; for Russian or Italian we recommend a review by a native speaker. You approve the texts in writing before publication.

  • Revision rounds

One round is one consolidated list of changes. Extra rounds and new requests after approval are billed hourly.

  • Bug fixing

We fix defects in the delivered work free of charge: 30 days for START, 60 days for BUSINESS, and for APARTMENTS for as long as your monthly maintenance plan runs. Changes required by new versions of iOS, Android or browsers, store rules or third-party services fall under maintenance or hourly work.

  • The domain is yours

Registered in your name, at cost. If you cancel, you get the transfer code free of charge.

  • Rights

Once paid in full, the design, texts and images of your project are yours. On request, we hand over the website’s source files free of charge.

  • If you decide to leave

We export your data free of charge, and your website stays online for another 30 days.

  • Support

Via the client portal, email or WhatsApp message, Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00. Phone calls for faults only. We announce annual holidays 14 days in advance.

  • Portfolio

We may show the project in our portfolio. A discreet link to us appears in your website’s footer – we remove it at your request.

  • Legal texts

The privacy text is a template; legal review is the client’s responsibility.

The first consultation is free.

In person in Budva or online. Tell us the name of your business and what you need – we’ll get back to you with a proposal and a fixed price.
